General, payment and cancellation conditions
Arrival:
Your check-in in the Spa Hotel Děvin will be realized from 2:00 pm and your check-out until 11:00 am.
Cancellation conditions:
Stays up to 4 nights inclusive: Only for bed and breakfast (not for stays with Wellness packages or treatment)
Cancellations for Spa Hotel Děvín should be made AT LEAST 24 HOURS before your expected arrival time. In case of later cancellation (or in case of no-show) will be charged 100% amount of the first night.
Stays from 2 nights and more: Packages with Wellness stays or Packages with healing and Stays from 5 nights and more: Accommodation with breakfast without treatment
If the stay is cancelled or shortened 7 and less days prior to arrival (or in case of no-show), the full price for all ordered services will be charged.
- If the stay is cancelled or shortened 14 - 8 days prior to arrival, the 50% of the price for all ordered services will be charged.
- If the stay is cancelled or shortened 21 -15 days prior to arrival, the 25% of the price for all ordered services will be charged.
Guarantee with credit card or prepayment of first night is needed.
CANCELLATION POLICY for offer “non-refundable / advance payment” – payment of reservation is done at the day of booking. The total price of the reservation will be charged by the hotel on the day of booking and is non-refundable. Please note, in case of cancellation, modification or no-show, the total price of the reservation is charged.
To CANCEL your booking you must cancel the booking directly online, per email or alternatively contact the hotels reservations department to confirm your Cancellation.
If you fail to do this, you will be charged the first night´s accommodation.
